Hi Matt, thanks for flagging this. For privacy we can’t discuss account specifics here, and you’re not listed as the homeowner and/or account holder for this project. But for reference here is the timeline as follows: 8/11 - We received an inbound call from the customer and scheduled a service call 8/13 & 14 - Additional emails on service expectations were exchanged 8/15 - Our service team sent a text reminder and it was confirmed by homeowner 8/22 - technician showed up 30 mins passed arrival window and we rescheduled the visit at homeowners request for a later date 9/12 - Tech visited and discovered the inverter was faulty. We sent an order to the manufacturer. We’re waiting on the manufacturer’s lead time and will schedule the swap at the earliest possible time. As the installer, we don’t control manufacturer/distributor lead times, but we’re monitoring the shipment.If the homeowner/account holder would like to make an additional inquiry, other than the communication that has already been provided to them, we are happy to answer those emails or calls at customerservice@eequals.com or 888-EEQUALS.
