Site Survey & Final Engineering

Accountant / Attorney review
Accountants and attorneys (optional but recommended) review tax incentives, depreciation, contracts, and ownership structure. Final pricing, financing (loan/PPA/cash), and project agreements are executed.
Permitting & Utility Interconnection
Stamped plans are submitted to the local permitting authority and the utility for review. The city checks code compliance, and the utility confirms the system can safely connect to the grid. The project team handles any required revisions. Once permits and utility pre-approval are issued, the project is cleared for procurement and installation.
Procurement & Installation
After permits and utility approvals are initiated, materials are ordered and scheduled for delivery. The installation team prepares the site, then installs racking, panels, wiring, inverters, and disconnects according to the engineered plans. Throughout the build, crews perform safety checks and verify code compliance. The step wraps with internal testing to confirm the system is ready for final inspections.
